LEADFLOW LOCAL IS NOT A CONTRACTOR

LeadFlow Local does not perform, supervise, direct, inspect, warrant, or guarantee construction or home-improvement work.

NO GUARANTEE OR ENDORSEMENT
A referral, introduction, website listing, or communication from LeadFlow Local does not constitute an endorsement, certification, warranty, or guarantee of a contractor or service professional.
LeadFlow Local does not guarantee:
• Contractor availability
• Licensing, insurance, bonding, or qualifications
• Pricing, estimates, or project timelines
• Quality, safety, legality, or completion of work
• Permits, inspections, warranties, or code compliance
• The outcome of communications, negotiations, or projects
• That a contractor will accept or respond to an inquiry
